Paulo Coelho’s Master Pieces

|
Most people thought that a book review is different from an essay piece. Apparently, a book review is actually an essay itself. It only differs among the other types of essay writing through its tone, and writing structure.

Just like any other, a book review needs a particular topic to discuss. Essay topics, as you know, serve as the engine of the whole piece. Selecting essay topics intended for a book review should follow one important rule, it should be something you know and have enough knowledge of.

Among the many books worth reviewing are the master pieces of the renowned author, Paulo Coelho. In him alone, there are so many essay topics that you could opt for.

In connection to that, here is a list of his books that you might as well consider for your book review assignment:

·        The Alchemist

·        The Pilgrimage

·        Bida

·        The Valkyries

·        By the River Piedra I Sat Down and Wept

·        The Fifth Mountain

·        The Manual of the Warrior of Light

·        Veronika Decides to Die

·        The Devil and Miss Prym

·        Eleven Minutes

·        The Zahir

·        The With of Portobello

·        The Winner Stands Alone

Whichever among these books should you choose for review, rest-assured that you won’t just say a lot about it, but learn a lot as well. Absolutely, these books are worth reading and reviewing.

Course Curriculum or Professors who include KC in their coursework?

|
I just had this random idea. Wouldn't it be cool, I mean useful, to have an index of various course curricula from around the country that touch on the Kansas City region in some way?! It would be yet another way to facilitate research on the region and collaboration in general. Imagine some non-profit does a cool study that we put in the repository, and then some professor sees it, and boom!!!...she's in contact with the organization and wants to do further investigation, and then there's more research, and she throws together some new class, and then it gets posted, and so on and so forth. Again, it would be completely a bit of a challenge to gather...it would have to be an "if we build it, maybe they will come" kind of thing, but it would be pretty awesome if you ask me.
